ALIGNMENT - RELATIONSHIPS
Lots of things have changed in the past couple years when we look at the workforce. There are those who can juggle working from home, those of us who have perfect attendance and we cannot fathom straying away from one bullet point of our company's values and mission, and those who are not really concerned with learning or contributing - perhaps they are "there for the t-shirt".
If you find yourself struggling on the job with alignment - Remember at the core you are all on the same mission and if you do not invest the time necessary with each member of your team you cannot influence them nor will they influence you.
If something isn't going well don't blame everyone around you.. Own it.. What could YOU do differently.
Own everything around you and humbly build relationships with those around you. BE THE CHANGE !!
