Lowell Police Department issued the following announcement on Feb 9.
Good morning!! Sometimes we need help finding lost loved ones or even pets. In this case someone lost most likely a favorite stuffed animal. Fortunately, the awesome staff at The Buyer’s Guide is taking care of the little one until the owner is found.
