Don’t let April showers discourage you from attending Portland District Library’s outdoor Books & Blankets storytime on Thursday, April 7th, at 6:00 P.M. We don’t mind a little sogginess, as our theme for this session is Rainy Days!
Come to the sensory garden ready to make a splash in your raincoats and wellies as we read, sing, and dance together (and maybe jump in a few puddles). Each child will enjoy a theme-appropriate snack and receive a surprise to take home from our friends at
Great Start Ionia County. This program requires registration, and it is recommended for families with children ages 8 and under.
