City of Owosso issued the following announcement on Mar 3.
The Owosso Police Department is investigating several vehicle break-ins overnight on W. Stewart Street and on N. Howell Street. The thieves are only targeting unlocked cars! Please LOCK your vehicles.

We are asking residents to follow the 9PM routine which is a nightly reminder to residents to remove valuables from their vehicles, lock their vehicle doors, lock the doors to their residences, turn on exterior lights and activate all alarms and security systems.
