PUBLIC NOTICE: Board of Review - March 2022

City of Grand Ledge issued the following announcement on Mar 2.

Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers and property owners of the City of Grand Ledge, Eaton County, Michigan:

The Board of Review will meet at City Hall at 9:30 a.m., on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, in organizational session and be presented the 2022 Assessment roll to review.  This meeting is not for public protest of property assessments.  The Board of Review will meet to review the 2022 Assessment Roll and hear objections on the following dates and times:

Tuesday, March 29, 2020, from   2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., break from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 30, 2020, from   9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Appointments must be scheduled by calling the City Assessor’s office at (517) 622-7932.  Questions pertaining to valuation can also be answered prior to the meeting of the Board of Review by calling the City Assessor’s Office.  Mail-in appeals are strongly encouraged and must be RECEIVED by 12:00 p.m. on March 30, 2022.
