Barry-Eaton District Health Department issued the following announcement on Jan 4.
The Barry-Eaton District Health Department is giving away FREE Radon Test Kits during the month of January, first-come-first serve! Limit one per household.
Radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer, but it also has no smell, taste, or color. The only way to know if radon is accumulating in your home is to use a test kit.
Test kits will be offered at the following locations during normal business hours:
- Hastings: Health Department, 330 W. Woodlawn Ave. Phone: (269) 945-9516
