Congratulations to Lauren Amellal of the Caro Farmers Market for being voted the City of Caro's 1st Annual Ugly Sweater Competition winner at our Employee Holiday Luncheon today!!! She won the 2021 ugly sweater trophy and $100 in Caro Cash, courtesy of our City Manager.
