City of Portland issued the following announcement on Nov 24.
PSA Reminder: Loose Leaf Pick-up will end on Monday, December 13, 2021.
The last day for loose-leaf pick up will be Monday, December 13, 2021.
Please have leaves raked to the curb by 7:00am on Monday, December 13, 2021. Otherwise, they may not be picked up.
After December 13th, leaves may be placed at the curb in paper yard waste bags and DPW will retrieve them. Residents (city only) may also self-haul their leaves to the compost pile behind the horse arena at Bogue Flats at any time.
