City of Hastings issued the following announcement on Oct 29.
We are excited to announce that construction work in the road right of way for the Lofts at 128 starts on Wednesday November 3rd. Detour and road closure signs will be posted in advance of the construction start. The contractor anticipates the work within the road right of way will be completed by 5:00 PM on Friday November 5th.
The road signs will be removed with traffic returning to normal upon completion of the road right of way work. Updates will be posted if there is a change to this schedule.
