The City of Owosso is hiring a part-time Lab Tech for the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The position averages 16-20 hours per week, primarily early morning hours and some weekend/holiday work. Responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of a water quality lab and related programs. Collects samples, performs routine lab procedure, reports results and cleans and maintains the lab and related equipment. Requires high school graduate or GED, with coursework in chemistry or related sciences. Hourly rate of pay $15/hour.
