City of Portland recently issued the following announcement.

Registration ends Monday, July 26 for the Portland Parks & Recreation 3 & 4 year old Tot Soccer Camps.
These camps are a great introduction to soccer. Participants will learn basic skills through fun drills and skill building games. Instruction will be led by Portland High School coaches and players.
Monday-Thursday, August 2-5
3 Year Olds: 6:00-6:45pm
4 Year Olds: 7:00-7:45pm
