Kent County Road Commission issued the following announcement on Nov. 23.
Project Complete! The 76th Street project included the replacement of the Byron No. 25 bridge over Buck Creek and the widening of 76th Street from 4 lanes to 5 lanes to create a center turn lane for the entire length of the project. Grand Elk Railroad also replaced the railroad signal. The project's contractor was Davis Construction.
