Fox17 Michigan issued the following announcement on Aug.22.
The man accused of assaulting a pregnant 12-year-old girl was arraigned Thursday afternoon and the victim told police last Friday that the suspect is the father of her unborn child.
He is being charged in two separate cases for the alleged assault and rape of a 12-year-old girl.
