On Wednesday, March 12, former Ionia High School standout Erin Groom’s current college team, the Northwood Timberwolves, lost 7-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Winona State Warriors.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Warriors this season.

The Timberwolves’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 1:45 p.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs.
