On Tuesday, March 4, former Ionia High School standout Matthew Meyer’s current college team, the Northwood Timberwolves, lost 21-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Embry-Riddle FL Eagles.

The game took place at Sliwa Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Timberwolves’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 6 at 4 p.m. at Lake Myrtle Park against Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.
