On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Ionia High School standout Matthew Meyer’s current college team, the Northwood Timberwolves, lost 16-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Davenport Panthers.
The game took place at TVA Credit Union Ballpark. This was their fourth matchup against the Panthers this season.
The Timberwolves’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 11 a.m. at UIS Baseball Field against UIS Prairie Stars.
